On average, the installation and commissioning of a MES solution takes 8-10 months while an APS takes 12-18 months, but the duration always depends on the complexity of the project, the customer's objectives, the initial metadata situation and the software solution used. After an initial analysis (RDM), a clear time estimate and a detailed plan of activities (Project Road Map - RDP) is provided.

Normally, a supply chain project consists of a dedicated team with a single Delfy contact person (Project Leader) who coordinates and supervises every single activity in the Project Draft according to the defined Road Map. The Delfy profiles involved (Senior or Junior) depend on the individual activities and operational needs of each STEP defined in the Road Map.
For the success of the project, it is recommended to appoint a company's own contact person to oversee only internal activities (Project Manager). If this is not possible, we will also take care of this type of activity.
