METHOD
The DAP (Delfy Advanced Protocol) method is a structured and tested protocol that allows each project to be defined according to the company's specific needs based on size, market and organization, with precise estimates of the activities required, timeframes, performance achieved and real return on investment (ROI)
The DAP protocol was born and evolves over time from direct experience gained in the field, in close contact with the customer, and in synergy with the organisation and structural model of the company.
Preliminary process analysis with the aim of defining:
AS IS point - company state of the art
WEAKNESS point - critical information and process issues
TO BE point - ideal business model
Concept & Development of the Business Model - Prototype with the aim of:
Check the applicability of the solution (presence and accuracy of data)
Check the actual added value of the proposal with the customer
Verification activity of the estimated return on project investment (ROI)
Evaluation of return on investment and verification for each project step, parameters/results, of:
Reduction of low value-added activities
